About Us

My team and I are local to the greater Houston area. We specialize in luxury holiday decor, bespoke balloons, event planning, and design. 

I have spent the majority of my life planning and designing events for family and friends for fun.  I spent 7 years in NCL (Nation Charity League) and was able to sharpen my skills and bring those talents to a larger scale. 

In 2016 I went to work for a close friend designing and installing commercial and residential holiday decor.  In 2019 I earned my certification as a Wedding & Event Planner/Designer.  Shortly after the launch of Simply Sherry, the industry suffered a significant pause due to COVID-19. 

As a result of temporary shut down, one of my daughters, Eden, and I took classes and become Certified Bespoke Balloon Designers.  Our designs and creations were items that clients could pick up and use to decorate their homes - even during the shutdown and bans of large gatherings. This was when my passion for balloons began.  

Over the years I have had the great fortune of working on some truly inspiring projects while networking with many influential and creative individuals along the way. I believe in the power of working together to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.
